Sommelier
Profile / Qualifications:
- Assisting the Group Head Sommelier in managing the day-to-day operation of beverage and alcohol sales
- Train, counsel and educate the restaurant staff for the knowledge of wine and spirit
- Adhere to and enforce the hygiene and food safety standards
- Track stock levels of wine, alcohol and soft drinks. Forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurant industry or relevant work experience
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift
- Good communication skill in English

Profile / Qualifications:
- Significant experience in Michelin starred restaurants or relevant work experience
- Train, counsel and educate the staff of multiple venues for the knowledge of wine and spirit
- Self-motivated and diligent
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Fluency in English is a must, French will be desirable
