Lead Product Customer Quality Engineer


 

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for customer quality complaint (CCAR), customer interfacing, product failure analysis, coordinate with cross function team to define root cause, corrective action, preventive action and 8D report.
  • Responsible for supplier quality complaint (SCAR), drive for improvement and prevent recurrence.
  • Defining product quality control procedure both incoming and outgoing, monitoring and control to ensure there is no NG escape to customer for daily QC plan.
  • Product yield monitoring (wafer test, assembly, and test) and improvement.)
  • Monitoring and driving supplier quality performance improvement to meet quality target, yield and cost.
  • Cost saving projects.
  • Support quality system.
  • Other assignments.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor or Master ’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in IC design products and Semiconductors manufacturing experience.
  • English language skills (written and verbal communication) or 600 TOEIC score.
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • 8D tool and Problem Solving & Decision-Making skills.
  • Good ability to work within a multi-cultural environment. (Thai and International)
  • Good mindset and work as a Team. Must be a strong team player.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
